Immunization Information for Preschool
Ensuring your child's safety and health are a top priority for us. Below you will find information regarding recent changes in Ohio law regarding immunizations. Beginning this year, all preschool children are required to have had three additional immunizations: Hepatitis A, Influenza, and Pneumococcal.
Please check your child's medical records to ensure that your child has received these immunizations.
Please be sure our school nurses have your most recent documents from your child"s doctor so that our records are correct. Ohio preschool licensing rules state that the medical statement is required "not later than 30 days after enrollment and every 13 months thereafter."
