Free and Reduced Meals applications must be completed each year! If you have not completed a new application, please do so right away! Deadline to submit an application is October 15. Once the application is approved your child will be eligible to receive free or reduced cost meals. In most cases, approval is immediate.
There are many options to apply:
-Complete the application online at www.fairfieldcityschools.com. Select "Lunch Menus & Meal Applications" on the left side of the home page. Select the "E-format Link." You will need your child's student ID number . If you complete the application online, your child will be eligible the next day.
-You may also visit the District administration office, 4641 Bach Lane, Fairfield, OH 45014, to obtain and complete a paper form. It will also take effect immediately.
-Mail a paper application. Please note that it could take approximately two weeks to process. Your child will need to pack a lunch or use cash to purchase lunch until the application is processed.
