Facility dogs are specially trained to provide physical, social, cognitive or emotional assistance to community members in schools/classrooms, courthouses, care facilities and more. School facility dogs provide benefits including reduced stress, improved physical and emotional well-being, lowered blood pressure, decreased anxiety, improved self-esteem and increase the likelihood of successful academic achievement for students.
