Ellie the facility dog at Freshman School

Meet Ellie, our facility dog! Ellie joins us from Circle Tail, an organization that trains highly skilled service-oriented dogs. Facility dogs are specially trained to provide physical, social, cognitive or emotional assistance to community members in schools/classrooms, courthouses, care facilities and more. School facility dogs provide benefits including reduced stress, improved physical and emotional well-being, lowered blood pressure, decreased anxiety, improved self-esteem and increase the likelihood of successful academic achievement for students. FinalForms
Update student information by accessing your FinalForms account: https://fairfield-oh.finalforms.com/
Before the beginning of the school year, please log into your account and electronically sign all forms/update contact information. All forms must be electronically signed for your account to be considered complete. Incomplete forms will remain red until they are completed. FinalForms is where the school accesses contact information in the event of a school emergency. Please carefully review your information, update if necessary, and sign all forms.
Only students in grades 6-12 are required to sign any forms. If you are a newly enrolled student for the 24-25 school year, you will not be able to sign forms until the school year begins and you have accessed your Fairfield-assigned email account. If you need assistance with your FinalForms account, please email [email protected] or [email protected]
