Before the beginning of the school year, please log into your account and electronically sign all forms/update contact information. All forms must be electronically signed for your account to be considered complete. Incomplete forms will remain red until they are completed. FinalForms is where the school accesses contact information in the event of a school emergency. Please carefully review your information, update if necessary, and sign all forms.
Only students in grades 6-12 are required to sign any forms.  If you are a newly enrolled student for the 24-25 school year, you will not be able to sign forms until the school year begins and you have accessed your Fairfield-assigned email account.
