Welcome to FCSD Business Operations

We welcome Lance Perry!
We are pleased to announce that Lance Perry will be joining the staff as the Director of Business Operations, effective July 1. He was approved March 18 by the Board of Education during its regular session.
Lance comes to us from West Clermont Local School District, where he served as Director of Operations since 2015.
An interesting fact about Lance is that he started his career in schools working as a substitute custodian in Lakota Local Schools. He was hired full-time as a second shift custodian and was eventually named a head custodian. During that time, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Wright State University. Afterward, Lance accepted a position as Human Resources Specialist with Lakota and would later be named Facilities and Operations Manager. He worked in Lakota for 14 years gaining elementary, high school, and districtwide experience.
We believe that he will be a great fit for his new role in our District.
We welcome him to Fairfield!
