2022-2023 FCSD Intradistrict Transfer Request Forms Accepted Beginning 8:00 AM Until May 6

All who wish to attend a school different from their assigned home school for the 2022-2023 school year, must submit an online intradistrict transfer request form. Request forms will be received starting on Monday, April 4, 2022. The link to access the online application form will be available at 8:00 AM on April 4, 2022 at www.fairfieldcityschools.com  and select Student Registration and Intradistrict. All request forms will be automatically date and time-stamped upon submission.

Request forms will be received on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests are limited and only granted if space is available at the requested school. Request forms submitted after May 6, 2022, will be Priority VI and may not be reviewed until August. NO paper request forms will be processed.
