PLEASE READ AND RESPOND. This is required by the district for ALL current sophomores. Failure to respond will leave no options.

FHS Families: 

Next year, our current sophomores will have the opportunity at FHS to take one of four tests on an "Option Day" in October. They will be able to select which test they would like to take, with the default being the Practice ACT if they do not select one. 

Here are the options (access to details about each option is available below):

• Practice ACT 

• PSAT 

• ASVAB

• WorkKeys 

In order to determine what test students are interested in taking on Wednesday October 14, 2020, they will need to take this survey this month - during May 2020, with the deadline for submissions being Friday, May 29. 

This will help FHS plan during the summer and account for the various tests they will need to order.

The survey has more detailed information about each test, as does this document FHS created to streamline details about the various testing they do throughout the year.

Parents/Guardians - please take the time to sit with your student and carefully select which is most appropriate for him/her to take.

NOTE FROM MR. BRAAM: Once you choose an option, you will not be allowed to change, so choose wisely. Confused? Don't know which one to pick? Talk to your counselor!!!

Anyone who does not make a selection by May 29 will automatically be signed up for the Practice ACT, as this is still a required day of school and a mandatory testing day (the only option is which test is taken).
