Open Enrollment
If you are currently a resident of Fairfield or Fairfield Township, please see Student Registration Center on the home page for registration information.
ALL New and Renewal open enrollment applications will be received via an online form only. The window will open on Monday, May 5, 2025 at 8:00 AM and will close on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 4:00 PM. The link to access the online application form will be made available on May 5, 2025 at 8:00 AM.
All submitted applications will be date and time stamped automatically upon your submission.
Renewal applicants are current open enrolled students who are asking to continue their enrollment. This includes students who used “Relocation Open Enrollment” during 2024-2025 school year. Please be aware that all fees (current and past) must be paid in full prior to your submission of an application for the 2025-2026 school year. Please pay fees using PaySchools or at the building your student currently attends. Fee payments will NOT be accepted at the Fairfield Administration Building.
New applicants are any student who lives outside the Fairfield City School District and who is NOT completing the 2024-2025 school year as a student at Fairfield City School District.
Resident students moving out of the district during the open enrollment window, must submit an online RENEWAL open enrollment application during the open enrollment window. Their address must also be updated and proof of residence must be submitted in Final Forms.
