Middle School Football Parent Meeting 2025 Season
A Middle School Football meeting for parents is scheduled for Tuesday, May 27, at 7 p.m. in the Crossroads Middle School Cafeteria, 255 Donald Drive.
Fairfield Athletics Now Uses Paperless Form System
Fairfield City School District Athletics Department has adopted a paperless form system called Final Forms. All but the physical can be filled out and submitted online. Go to https://fairfield-oh.finalforms.com.
Register your child(ren) and complete the required forms. Please know that once you submit all forms online through Final Forms, you will only be required to update and sign once per school year online. The online update will take a few minutes at most! The physical will still be required each year. A physical form is listed in the files below.
