    The Fairfield Board of Education met in a special session on Tuesday, July 28 to consider a recommendation from Superintendent Billy Smith to start the 2020-2021 school year in a hybrid model. The board approved the recommendation with a 4-1 vote. Board member Carrie O'Neal voted against the proposal.
