Pre-participation Sports Physicals will be held at Fairfield High School on May 21st from 6-7:30 PM. Students will need to register at door 9 and come dressed in shorts and a t-shirt. Cost will be $20 and students will need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian OR bring a signed consent form.
