FCSD Board of Education Approves Potential Reductions

Following a lengthy and emotional discussion at the February 19 FCSD Board of Education meeting, the Board voted Thursday, March 5, to approve the list of potential reductions that would be implemented if the May 5 ballot issue is unsuccessful. This decision, while difficult, ensures transparency and provides the community with a clear understanding of the steps the district would be required to take if additional funding is not secured.
