Arrival and Dismissal

Left turns out of our parking lot are not permitted in the morning. This change was made to improve safety and the speed of the morning drop off. Thank you for your understanding.

Morning drop off:  Please enter through the Freshman School entrance and drop your students off at the annex doors no earlier than 8:45.

Kindergarten PM drop off:  Please enter through the Freshman School entrance and drop your child off at the annex doors no earlier than 12:40.  The PM buses will enter through the Central entrance.

Afternoon dismissal:  Please let us know if there is a change in your child’s afternoon transportation as early in the day as possible.  We begin moving to the buses at 3:20.

Thank you for your help and cooperation.

Please do NOT park at Key Bank.

School Fees: Elementary school fees are $60 and Kindergarten fees are $40.  You may pay school fees online using SPS EZPAY.

SPS EZPAY is the website application that allows parents to pay school fees, participation fees and add to their children’s lunch accounts with a credit card over the internet. Parents can access the website from the link on our school website www.fairfieldcityschools.com or by typing in www.spsezpayfairfield.com. Parents will just need an email account and their student’s ID number. This is an easy way to pay fees and make sure your student has money for lunch. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Latchkey: Our latchkey program is available before and after school. The hours are from 6:30 am to the start of school and from the end of the school day to 6:00 pm. You need to register your child for this program prior to use.  Please contact the Latchkey at 513-829-0580.  Latchkey registration forms are available on the FCSD webpage.
