Connor Brewer 2nd in FCCLA National Cluster Competition in Culinary Knife Skills

Congratulations to Connor Brewer, FHS junior enrolled at Butler Tech's DRL campus! Connor placed 2nd in the FCCLA National Cluster Competition in Culinary Knife Skills. His advisor in the program is Tyler Simpson.
We wanted to give Connor special recognition because his name was not included on the original list of competitors posted recently.

"Tons of Toys" Toy Drive

The FHS group, Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) is holding its annual toy drive through Friday, December 9, 2016. The goal is to fill a city of Fairfield dump truck with toys to be donated to the Buther County Children's Services Protective Service Agency. Bring donations of any NEW toys to any Fairfield school. Thank you for helping to make a difference in our community!

FHS Senior Named National Merit Commended Student

Fairfield High School senior Regan Baum was recently named a Commended Student in the National Merit Scholarship program. She received a letter of commendation for is based on her scoring in the top 2.5% of the 1.6 million who took the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test ( PSAT/NMSQT).

Parent Email Announcements to Undergo a Change

The email announcements you signed up to receive will undergo some changes. We will post new announcements for 3 days only. Our reason for doing this is to eliminate the lengthy scrolling process to find information.  We will continue to post school and community announcements, but we will also begin directing the community to visit our News & Flyers tab on the district website to view approved flyers submitted by community organizations.
