The purpose of Fairfield West Elementary PTC is to support the mission of Fairfield West Elementary School through planning and conducting special events to celebrate student achievements, enhance school spirit, and raise funds for the purpose of recognizing student achievements, recognizing staff and faculty contributions and purchasing supplies and equipment that will enhance the educational experience of the Fairfield West student body.  The Fairfield West PTC is also dedicated to building a network of support for the students by linking home, school and community while also creating a partnership of resources for Fairfield West parents.

 

Fairfield West PTC projects are developed in consultation with the Fairfield West Staff to ensure activities support the school goals and funds generated are put towards the greatest need. Funds generated by the Fairfield West PTC help to provide playground equipment, staff appreciation week events, teacher supply reimbursements, Cincinnati Zoo animal visits, COSI assemblies, Steel Drum Band assemblies, the 5th grade social, and author visits. In addition, the Fairfield West PTC has replaced worn out or damaged Smart Boards, and purchased iPads and computers to improve instructional technology for the Fairfield West students!

 

These amazing achievements are the result of the combined efforts of generous dedicated parents and the outstanding Fairfield West Staff.

 

Research shows that parent involvement in a child’s education creates a better school experience and improves student performance. With that in mind, please join the Fairfield West PTC and help to continue the level of enhanced education Fairfield West students deserve.

Every year is a new opportunity to help children grow! 

 

Attend a Fairfield West PTC meeting and get to know the principal, staff members and other parents who share your desire to create the best possible educational experience for the Fairfield West students.  A typical PTC agenda includes reports from school staff, upcoming activities and opportunities.  We welcome all parents to join us at monthly meetings held the first Tuesday of every month during the school year at 6:00 PM in the school conference room.

On-going fundraisers include: Box Tops for Education, Campbell’s Labels for Education, Kroger Community Rewards, My Coke Rewards, Market Day, Dine-to-Donate events, and Spiritwear sales.
