Student Absences

An e-mail address has been established for attendance purposes. Parents may use the following address to report student absences: [email protected] If received by 9:30 a.m. on the morning of the absence, the e-mail notification will serve as both a call in and a parent note. This email address is an option we are providing for your convenience. Parents may still choose to call in to report student absences by 9:30 a.m. on the day of the absence and send a note with the child when he/she returns. We need to receive written notification of a child's absence within 3 days of the child's return to school in order for the absence to be considered excused. Please continue to ask for written verification of any doctor/dentist visits, funerals, court dates, etc. and send them in with your child on the day he/she returns to school.
