Increase Tempo Club meeting parent
attendance by 50%

Each teacher will make 5 good news
contacts per month. These can be post cards, emails,
or phone
calls.

Refine common assessments – we
need to make more common assessments since we
have multiple students taking
the class for multiple years. We have concerns
about assessing the level of performance.

Invite at least one guest clinician
to each class over the course of
the year.

Send personal invitations to teachers
for upcoming concerts.

Incorporate more collaboration
between music areas – band,
chorus, orchestra.
