The physical education program addresses issues and skills related to total fitness and overall wellness. Students from kindergarten through grade 10 develop skills and knowledge through participation in a wide variety of games, team sports, individual sports, and lifelong fitness activities. Students learn to set appropriate personal fitness goals and to collect personal fitness data, such as heartrate, to assess their fitness levels and progress toward reaching fitness goals.
