STATE LAW AND BOARD POLICY REQUIRE THAT PARENTS VISIT THE WELCOME CENTER DURING OPERATING HOURS FOR THE ENROLLMENT OF NEW STUDENTS. PARENTS MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WITH THEM:
Birth Certificate
Custody Papers (if applicable - Divorce documents, Guardianship and Legal Custodial documents MUST contain an 'Assignment of Tuition.')
Shot / Immunization Records
Parent / Guardian's Drivers' License or State issued ID
Proof of Residency (Apartment Lease, Rental Contract,, Mortgage Statement, Settlement Statement, Deed, Warranty Deed or Property Tax Statement)
IEP / MFE (if applicable for Special Needs Students)

There are several forms that must also be completed. Upon visiting the Welcome Center with the required documents and filling out the required forms, the next step is to contact your child's assigned school building to complete the enrollment process.
Grades K-6: Once you have completed the enrollment process at the New Student Welcome Center, you may contact your child's assigned building the following day. An office employee will finish processing your child's enrollment. Please plan accordingly and be prepared to complete more forms at the building.
Grades 7-12: Please telephone the school and make an appointment with the guidance counselor for scheduling. You child cannot be allowed to attend school until a schedule has been created for them. Please plan accordingly and be prepared to complete more forms at the building.
