| DEPARTMENT GOALS |
- Increase Tempo Club meeting parent attendance by 50%.
|
- Each teacher will make 5 good news contacts per month. These can be post cards, emails, or phone calls.
|
- Refine common assessments – we need to make more common assessments since we have multiple students taking the class for multiple years. We have concerns about assessing the level of performance.
|
- Invite at least one guest clinician to each class over the course of the year.
|
- Send personal invitations to teachers for upcoming concerts.
|
- Incorporate more collaboration between music areas – band, chorus, orchestra.
