NEW SPIRIT WEAR

We have brand new designs for the 2011-2012 school year!

Please print off the order form and have your student give it to his or her teacher. Orders will be picked up weekly each Tuesday and it takes approximately 10 business days for them to arrive. They will be delivered to your child's homeroom when ready. If you are purchasing them as a gift please indicate on the order form and we will leave them at the front office for you to pick up. We accept cash and checks only. Please contact Traci Anthony if you have any questions at 543-5354 or tracianthony@cinci.rr.com.

Campbell's Labels and Box Tops
Don't forget to save your Campbell's food labels and Box Top to send into school. Your child's classroom could be a winner for the most each month. The winning classroom receives a treat if they turn in the most labels that month. In May, the classroom that has brought in the most all year will win a pizza party! Even if your child's class never wins, North School wins. The school uses the labels and points collected to buy items that are needed. So help out and save those labels.

Parent Email Announcements
Student announcements and other North Elementary information is available to parents through the school's periodic parent e-mail announcements. To receive these announcements please click on the following link: http://www.fairfieldcityschools.com/subscribe/lists/subscribe.html

Student Absences

Parents may use the following address to report student absences: northattendance@fairfield-city.k12.oh.us. If received by 9:30 a.m. on the morning of the absence, the e-mail notification will serve as both a call in and a parent note. This email address is an option we are providing for your convenience. Parents may still choose to call in to report student absences by 9:30 a.m. on the day of the absence and send a note with the child when he/she returns. We need to receive written notification of a child's absence within 3 days of the child's return to school in order for the absence to be considered excused. Please continue to ask for written verification of any doctor/dentist visits, funerals, court dates, etc. and send them in with your child on the day he/she returns to school. Good attendance is critical for success in school.
