Student Absences
A new e-mail address has been established for attendance purposes. Parents may now use the following address to report student absences: centralattendance@fairfieldcityschools.com If received by 9:30 a.m. on the morning of the absence, the e-mail notification will serve as both a call in and a parent note. This email address is an option we are providing for your convenience. Parents may still choose to call in to report student absences by 9:30 a.m. on the day of the absence and send a note with the child when he/she returns. We need to receive written notification of a child's absence within 3 days of the child's return to school in order for the absence to be considered excused. Please continue to ask for written verification of any doctor/dentist visits, funerals, court dates, etc. and send them in with your child on the day he/she returns to school. Good attendance is critical for success in school. If you have any questions regarding our new e-mail notification system, please call Angie Isgro at the school office, 829-7979.

Fairfield Food Pantry
Giving to the Fairfield Food Pantry is a great way to help your neighbors who are in need. Students are asked to bring different items each month that will help stock the pantry. Donations can be placed in the box next to the office. Thank you for your help.

Help Us Save Box Tops
Our goal is to purchase many wonderful things for our children to enjoy at school. Clip General Mills Box Tops from hundreds of participating products. Each label we collect is worth 10 cents for our school. Also save Campbell Soup Labels. Cutting the labels from Campbell products will also allow our school to purchase items for our students. Send those to school with your students. If you have any questions about these programs call Shannon Adams at 265-7503.
